If you Cat. parts guy can't find it, its probably because it would come as part of that frame it is in and may be welded in. In which case you will need to get a welder or machine shop involved. 59casey wrote on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 (PST): I would assume it is called a flange for the pin# your dealer gave you. That part number and "Pin" is the rusty part inside the flange.
